Needs XSede example and testing

Who is responsible for answering XSede ticket for Globus CLI? Currently, XSede SP staff are not aware or familiar with Globus CLI. Should the help desk assign Xsede user ticket to the Globus.org? I was unsuccessful in running the examples at https://docs.globus.org/cli/examples/
