We asked the UREP to rate the usefulness of each of the following use cases. These were features requested by XSEDE stakeholders during the second half of 2016. The results will guide our work during the first half of 2017. The results suggest that all of these use cases are worthwhile for XSEDE to support, and, with a few exceptions, all should be given normal priority. One use case (CB-8) received a high priority rating. A handful (CI-2, IDM-3, SPI-1) were given low--but favorable--ratings.
The UREP used the following scale to rate the use cases.
5 star - XSEDE should try to support this. (High priority)
4 star - XSEDE should try to support this. (Normal priority)
3 star - XSEDE should try to support this. (Low priority)
2 star - XSEDE should not try to support this. (Maybe)
1 star - XSEDE should not try to support this. (Definitely)
