A researcher needs to keep data synchronized when copies are kept on a campus resource and on another resource in the public research computing community.
User Importance Summary: 
XSEDE's campus bridging initiative is aimed at making it easier for researchers to access community services from their campuses, and easier for campus IT administrators to offer their services to other community users.
