A campus IT administrator needs to provide a simple interface that allows campus researchers to submit tasks to any of the high-throughput computing (HTC) resources available to their campus.
User Importance Summary: 
Many-task computing (aka high-throughput computing) is an increasingly common technique in many fields of research. Campuses often have access to multiple resources for many-task computing, and research computing departments want to make it as easy as possible to connect researchers to the available resources.
