CB-18: Obtain a list of individuals at a specific campus who have used science gateways

Executive Summary: 
A campus champion needs to find out who at their institution has been using science gateways that use community resources. Ideally, this would happen routinely without prompting (e.g., a monthly report).
User Importance Summary: 
Campus champions need to know who is using community resources from their own campus in order to provide outreach and local support to these individuals and to report to campus stakeholders and community sponsors on the benefits provided by the community.
