Executive Summary: 
A community member needs to identify or select resources appropriate for specific research tasks so the community member can request access to these resources in an allocation proposal. This resource discovery will likely be useful for other resource selection needs.
User Importance Summary: 
Effective use of the public research computing environment requires that it be easy for researchers and educators to identify appropriate resources for the work they need to accomplish.
Target Communities and Sizes: 
Researchers who use community resources - 1,000 < N < 10,000 Educators who use community resources - 100 < N < 1,000 Community staff members - 10 < N < 100
