Executive Summary: 
A researcher has successfully executed a workflow and wants to share their workflow with another researcher so that they can execute it in their own environment.
User Importance Summary: 
This use case enables researchers to reproduce the results of other researchers. This can, in turn, allow them to more easily evaluate those results and/or build new work on those results.
